Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, every bottle at The Scent Reserve is 100% authentic. We source our perfumes directly from authorized distributors and the original design houses to ensure premium quality.
How long will my shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping fragrances in bathrooms where temperature fluctuations occur.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full bottle?
We offer a 'Discovery Set' program for select niche brands, allowing you to test smaller vials before purchasing a full-sized bottle. Check our 'Samples' category for current availability.
