At The Scent Reserve, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature fragrance. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and gently tested products.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your fragrance in its original luxury box and protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our laboratory inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
